Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains, specifically for the TikTok integration, what data Abisyila Publisher processes, why it processes it, how it is stored, and how the creator can revoke access or request deletion.
1. Data processed through TikTok Login Kit
When the creator connects @abisyila0 through TikTok Login Kit (OAuth), the application processes only the account information needed to identify and connect that account:
- TikTok open ID;
- username;
- display name;
- avatar URL.
This information is used only to confirm which account has been connected and to operate publication to that account. The application does not request, receive, or store the creator's TikTok password.
2. Data processed through the Content Posting API
When an approved video is published, the application processes, through the TikTok Content Posting API with Direct Post configuration and the video.publish scope:
- the video file itself (MP4, H.264, 1080 × 1920, approximately 31 seconds), sent by FILE_UPLOAD;
- the video title and caption approved by the creator;
- the privacy and interaction settings approved by the creator for that video;
- the publication status returned by TikTok for that video, so the application can confirm whether publication succeeded.
Only videos the creator has already approved are sent. No other videos, drafts, or account content are accessed for publication.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed for one purpose only: to connect the creator's authorised TikTok account and to publish videos the creator has already approved to that account, with their approved caption and privacy setting. Data is not used for any other purpose.
4. Storage and security of tokens
Access tokens and refresh tokens issued by TikTok are stored securely on the application server side. They are used only to maintain the authorised connection and to publish approved videos. They are not shared with third parties, not sold, and not used for advertising.
The video file and its caption are handled only as needed to complete the approved publication. Publication status is retained only as needed to confirm and record that a publication was attempted or completed.
5. Sharing
The application does not sell personal data and does not share access tokens, refresh tokens, or account data with third parties for their own purposes, and does not use data for advertising. The only external transfer is the one the creator authorises: sending the approved video, caption, and privacy setting to TikTok itself, through TikTok's Content Posting API, in order to publish it to the creator's own account.
6. Revocation and deletion
The creator can revoke authorisation at any time through TikTok settings, by removing the application's access. The creator can also request deletion by contacting the application owner at satriabertopi7@gmail.com.
When authorisation is revoked, or when deletion is requested through that contact address, the related access and refresh tokens are deleted, and the connection to the account is removed. Videos already published to TikTok are not automatically deleted by this step; they remain under the creator's control in their TikTok account.
7. This website itself
This website does not use a login form, does not ask visitors for a TikTok password, and does not use advertising trackers. It does not offer visitor registration or sign-up, and it does not collect data from visitors through forms. The pages on this website are static information pages about the application.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when a change is made.
