Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Abisyila Publisher, an application that publishes creator-approved Roblox meme videos to the TikTok account @abisyila0, twice a day. By authorising the application, the creator agrees to these terms.
1. What the application is
Abisyila Publisher connects to TikTok through TikTok Login Kit (OAuth) and publishes approved videos through the TikTok Content Posting API, using Direct Post configuration and the video.publish scope. Videos are sent by FILE_UPLOAD in MP4 (H.264), 1080 × 1920, approximately 31 seconds, together with their approved caption and privacy setting.
Abisyila Publisher is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by TikTok or Roblox.
2. Who may use it
The application is only for the creator account that authorises it: @abisyila0. It is not offered to the public, and it does not accept sign-ups from other accounts. Access is granted only through the creator's own TikTok authorisation.
3. Creator responsibility for content
The creator is responsible for every video, caption, and privacy setting published through the application, including:
- confirming that each video is approved for publication before it is published;
- holding the necessary rights to the material in the video, including any third-party material it contains;
- ensuring the content complies with TikTok's terms and community rules, and with applicable law;
- not using the application to publish content the creator does not have the right to publish, or content that is misleading, infringing, or unlawful.
The application does not review, edit, or take ownership of the creator's content. Publication through the application does not transfer any rights in the content to the application owner.
4. Authorisation and revocation
Authorisation is given by the creator through TikTok OAuth and can be revoked by the creator at any time through the creator's TikTok settings, by removing the application's access. The creator may also request revocation and deletion by contacting the application owner at satriabertopi7@gmail.com. Once authorisation is revoked or deletion is requested, the related access and refresh tokens are deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Revoking authorisation stops future publication. It does not automatically remove videos that have already been published to TikTok; those remain subject to TikTok's own controls and the creator's TikTok account settings.
5. Suspension and termination of access
The application owner may suspend or disable the application's access if it is misused, if it is used to publish content in breach of these terms or TikTok's rules, if authorisation is revoked, or if continued operation would breach TikTok's developer requirements. The owner may also stop operating the application at any time. If access is disabled, no further videos will be published through the application.
6. Service provided as-is
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty that publication will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completed at a particular time. TikTok's API availability, review, and publishing behaviour are controlled by TikTok, not by this application. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the application owner is not liable for any loss arising from TikTok service changes, API failures, rejected uploads, or delays in publication.
7. Acceptable use
The application must not be used to circumvent TikTok's controls, to publish on behalf of an account without that account holder's authorisation, to collect other users' data, or to misrepresent the application as an official TikTok or Roblox product.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when a change is made. Continued authorisation after a change takes effect means the creator accepts the updated terms.
